There are many THANK YOU’s to be said following last week’s customer conference.
First of all, THANK YOU to everyone taking the time to come to Copenhagen, and join us for our most important event of the year. A lot of investment has been made on our side to make the conference as memorable, relevant and entertaining as possible and we have worked hard on the many new features that were launched at the event.
This year’s topic was the Online Moment of Truth (OMOT) and how the airlines win the passengers online. A lot of new functionality supporting our airline customers winning the OMOT were launched, including a new mobile booking flow, a Passenger Self-Service platform and an extensive ancillary services module.

Every airline industry event with respect for itself needs to have an award show, and the WorldTicket Customer Conference is no exception.
Ever since the launch of the award show 3 years ago, this has grown to be a not only anticipated but also renowned part of the program.
Over the years, representatives from our customers have come to the stage and accepted awards in categories such as Fast Forward Airline of the Year, Start-Up of the Year, Fastest Growing airline etc.
In 2013 we are introducing new elements to the Award Show as well. Previously all categories and winners have been selected by the WorldTicket team, but this year we let our guests influence the outcome as well.
Three new categories will be launched as Audience Choice categories, where the winners are selected exclusively based on the number of votes they get from the other participants.
When registering for the event, you are invited to submit your suggestions for the three Audience Choice categories.
